CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AVIANO

The candidate shall possess:
– Planning and execution of work.
– Relationship with the Client.
– Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
– Drafting of change orders and decomposed prices.
– Submission of invoices and review subcontractor pay app.
– At least five years of experience in construction buildings / civil works
– Management of computer programs (Office, CAD,…)

Required academic training (Title and specialty (*)
– Engineering / architecture degree
– Speak English and Italian fluently
